We were going to use this cache for another requirement, however as we looked around, we kept identifying more and more birds; two different species of woodpeckers and several species of smaller birds. This is a wonderful park near Milford that the city has made vast improvements to in the last couple of years.

This isn't a bird refuge but the geese and mallards at this pond are many. There is one goose that doesn't like you to cache quitely and comes off the pond up into the woods after you when your hunting. I would say there were about 35 to 30 ducks on Saturday. Some swiming, some looking for food and some just napping on the shore.

WE DID IT WE DID IT WE DID IT! What a wonderful series Blue Quasar!!!! Thanks a million and to all those who helped him with the caches. We had lots of fun! We did all the caches in order as they appeared and saved this one for last. We took nothing but did leave a scratch ticket. Win also found a skull so now that makes 5 skulls she has sitting outside sunning themselves. lol Accidently scared a mother goose off her nest -- Scratch took a quick piccie and we high-tailed it out of there so she would get back to her next ASAP! Fun fun fun! Just waiting for Blue Quasar to reactivate his Quasy Train cache so we can complete that one too.
