.8 mile walk from the Byxbee parking lot. But the last half mile was in a rainstorm, only to find that the container was rusted shut. But I was able to pry it open and drop in a gold dollar coin. The rain stopped; so I walked another mile down the trail to grab a micro, but my coin would not have fit that cache anyway.

This turned into a .59 mi. hike. It was .25 from parking to stage #1 of a nearby multi, then .18 to the final, then .16 from the final to this cache. So, I took a very roundabout way, but it was worth the hike. I left a nice shiny new CITO coin for the next finder as part of the requirement.

Not sure where Beanies parked, but from the nearest parking area we could find (in the Harte multi-use area) it is 0.83 miles to the cache. The trail does wind as promised, so it was over one trail mile each way. Our furry beasts were in attendance today, and they are "dog" tired now! T: nothing. You can park quite close to this cache if you have a good map or are familiar with the gravel roads in the vicinity but I chose to hike in on the scenic route from the more obvious parking area at trail head. I hope this is OK. My GPS says I parked .67 from this cache and my pedometer said I hiked 7.2 miles finding a bunch of caches near this trail but it exaggerates. It was probabaly more like 5 miles.

A nice hike into the nearby state forest. An interesting area with old mine pits and tailings piles - unusually uneven terrain for Florida.

Very nice ½ mile trail to cache site, especially on a warm sunny afternoon. The dirt off-shoot trail to the cache location appears to be fairly free of muggles most of the time. We left a coin for a future cacher.

Less than a 2 mile round trip walk along Putah Creek. What a fun idea of subtracting .010 from the minutes of the West coordinate every time you cross under a bridge.
It was a beautiful day for a great walk.

This was not were we had anticipated so we hiked over half a mile just to get to the cache. But I guess it just killed two birds with one stone.

This ended up being more then a half mile because we took the wrong turn. We were still on the trail and it did come out at the cache but it was a long trec, maybe three miles total up a steep hill.

This was a fun cache, supposed to be a cache you canoed or kayak to, but I hiked it instead. Very glad I did as the 1 mile hike in was awsome and gave me a chance to place a cache out here.

Great cache along the Greenway Trail, but pretty lengthy at nine-tenths of a mile from the nearest parking area at Sanborn Road. Left a Sacagawea golden dollar in the cache to complete this requirement.

Showed as .51 from car straight-line, but with the meandering trail and necessary mud-dodging it was a wee bit more. Beautiful park with a bridge over the sizeable creek.

This one was a long one. The multi had 3 waypoints, each with a different question and 2 answers to choose from. Each answer took you to a different location, choose wrong and you had to do the other answer. So 6 points took you over 5 miles around a walking park in Williamsville. A beautiful sunny March afternoon in the 60's with a lot of joggers out.
