My wife thinks I was running out for some milk and can't figure out why it took me so long.

After reading the previous logs about this cache being chewed and the heavy rains that we got recently, we were going to skip this one. Then along came the Hermit's Quest adventure. We decided to go to this cache but bring along enough gear for a complete replacement, since it sounded as though it was going to need it. And it did!
The top was chewed off and the log and contents were soaked. There was over an inch of standing water in the cache. We replaced with a fresh camo'ed container (hopefully more waterproof than the last) plus new log and trinkets. Nice location, btw. Of course as usual we took the more difficult road then took our cachemobile a minivan (not 4wd) out onto a peninsula with no place to turn around. So we had to back out a few hundred feet until we found a place wide enough to turn around. Will post picture in a day or two.
