4/11/2006 2:58:31 PM Final Comments GC Well, didn't do as well as last time, but had loads fun anyhow! Thanks Again!!
4/11/2006 2:58:30 PM Code Phrase Entered Correctly GC Bambi&Thumper has correctly entered the code phrase on 4/11/2006 2:58:30 PM!
4/11/2006 2:55:58 PM Swan Lake GC7D08 Lovely little cache this one, in a nature reserve set round a lake.
4/10/2006 1:40:05 PM Not a Motte but sure is a Bailey GCG5X7 Lovely cache this in a lovely peaceful spot near a stream overlooking pasture and the farm. The cows were in the barn, but they left plenty of evidence...
4/9/2006 1:20:26 PM Garden Station TB/Amnesty Hide - The Great Escape GCT462 Not usually ones for TB hotels, but this one was really nice - A lovely walk through a wood with a great view at the end and an ammo can! Dropped off a coin and a TB and collected a TB.
4/8/2006 3:06:30 AM Bentham Heritage Trail - The River GCQZDF Certainly a cache for little boys this one - near a railway line and a river full of fish that is popular with anglers. Quite muddy and there was a little dog to make friends with too.
4/7/2006 2:39:18 AM Thought for the Day GCJ7EH Definitely a gate cache - we had to go through a number and parked near one too.
4/5/2006 4:45:30 PM Spa Waters GC4EC3 Not too sure I would have wanted to quench my thirst at this one as you could smell the sulphur, but apparently it's good for you...
4/4/2006 4:45:21 PM Durham CITO GCT2P9 Our first CITO and our 150th cache. Collectively, we picked up over 100 bags of litter.
4/3/2006 2:14:06 PM Hard Nab GCNKPC And Boy Was It HARD! A little less than a mile to the cache, but very steep and so thick with heather that it would have made a good bushwack cache too. Left a Scotland GeoCoin at the top.
4/2/2006 1:57:43 PM The Chirnells GCTCF6 Nice little puzzle this one; a Sudoku, followed by a micro and then the final cache. Not as hard as it looked on paper, but very enjoyable... And we found an Ohio GeoCoin in the cache :o)
4/1/2006 12:58:40 PM Mill Lane GCHZD4 Made a bit of a meal of this one, but after a false start we found it in the end...
3/31/2006 12:58:21 PM Logical GCTJWH We'd tried this one once before, but on a very grey, cold, rainy, winter day, after climing up a very steep muddy bank covered in brambles, we'd failed to find it. Approaching from the correct direction, we found it this time, but the walk wasn't that much easier and it was still a real challenge to find!
3/30/2006 12:58:00 PM Harehaugh Hill Fort GCRQ3H An excellent place to sit and watch the stars come out this. Virtually no light pollution and you can see for miles!
3/29/2006 12:48:30 PM Hauxwell House (Co. Durham) GC7A2F Would have been a lovely cache if it weren't for the driving wind and rain and the freezing cold... Found it though and within a stone's through of the reserviour!
3/28/2006 12:48:24 PM Bridge Stone (Cumbria) GC73F2 Nice little virtual actually on a bridge, but the weather was dreadful, so it was just as well we didn't even have to leave the car!
3/27/2006 12:46:10 PM Burn'n Bridge GCJAEE Lovely cache this and would have qualified for two categories, this one and the bridge one. Chose this one as we couldn't find any others with 1846 in them.
3/26/2006 12:46:01 PM Wilds of Wanney GCGJKP Quite a hike to this one - Found the cache at the base of the geological fault line which forms the crags of Great Wanney.
