This was a nice hike. After coming back from Flag Hill, this one got our legs burning. Sunol wildrness is used for cattle grazing land (there were servral cows near the cache), so the entire place is a big cow pasture.

Hmmm, the coodrs seemed to be a little off for us. We found the cache using the hint. It was really difficult to get the lid off of the container, but we eventually got it.

On our first trip here we came at night and had no luck finding the cache. Then we received a hint, so we came back during the day and BINGO. There were several RC cars and planes giving us a good show as we looked for the cache. Awesome camo job!!

This was an adventure. We decided instead of going all the way up to the top of Flag hill, that we would just go straight towards the cache. That was a mistake, we ended up going down and then back up another hill to reach the cache site. If we would have just stayed on the trail, our trip would have been MUCH shorter.

We were wondering why the pier was closed? We still had a good time with the cache. There were so many birds feeding on the shore nearby. The cache had us on a pier out on the San Francisco bay. There is no way we were going to throw a rock over this body of water.

Went out for a little night caching. It took a little time to find the access point to the cache, and when I did that it was a nice walk enjoying the stars (orion & orions belt).

This cache is located next to an old well and a winery (tasting room). Murrieta's Well winery is named after the artesian well that is located in front of the winery building where the legendary Joaquin Murrieta and his band of desperados watered their horses.
