Help, it won't let me log a cache

Hello,
I'm trying to play this game (late, I know) and I want to log a cache for The Peanut Gang. It's a dog cache. But it won't let me. It says I am overdue logging and putting the outlaw in jail by 12 hrs (i'm slow). Does that have anything to do with it? Or is it just my computer?
