Artist T. Steele Jones & The Caching Place has designed this Geocoin as a tribute to the great author Jules Verne. The Mysterious Island is shaped like a book 51mm x 36.5mm. It has a "front cover", "spine", and "back cover". The Geocaching theme is depicted in this fabulous Geocoin! The front of the coin has Captain Nemo's Nautilus submarine approaching its home base, The Mysterious Island. The back of the coin has a message in a bottle, a wonderful crab, and a Geocaching Symbol. The detail, colors, and action make this Geocaching themed Geocoin a wonderful collectors item!

The Mysterious Island Tribute Geocoin:

"The Mysterious Island Tribute Geocoin is stamped bronze soft enamel. The plating is black nickel. It measures 51mm x 36.5mm, 3.5mm thickness. This is a 2-D design on both sides. The Geocoin has 11 colors on the front and 11 colors on the back. Engraved tracking code is on the back of the coin. It is packaged in a PVC pouch This coin is trackable.
We chose the larger 51mm size to optimize the detail of this beautiful coin. The price is slightly higher because of the size, but well worth it! ,
The shipping cost is based on the actual weight and there is a $2.00 handling fee per order (not per coin).
